Project Management
When you choose to install a solution from Swan Retail you will be assigned a dedicated project technician to see you through your set up and installation to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Your project technician will; assess your requirements through an initial project meeting, arrange training sessions, organise networking surveys and installation, as well as ordering, configuring and installing your software and equipment.

We will work with you to provide a fully comprehensive training plan to ensure you are confident and fluent with your new system before your go-live date. A member of our skilled and experienced training team will tailor your plan to suit your learning style and existing knowledge level to make sure you get the most from your sessions.

The office based customer support team are on hand 7 days a week to help you with any problems or queries you may have. Our team is able to access your system remotely via the internet to fix minor difficulties in minutes. They will also inform you of new upgrades when available and install them in a simple and efficient manner. When you become a Swan Retail customer we will issue you with a unique username and password, which will give you access to the customer secure area on our website. Once logged in you will be able to access facilities such as; view your support history, log a new support call, view the current status and respond to existing support calls and order stationery and labels.
